In order to secure your appointment and ensure that we can allocate the necessary time and resources for your project, we require a 100% refundable retainer fee. This fee acts as a commitment from both parties, guaranteeing that your desired time slot is reserved exclusively for you. Rest assured, this retainer fee will be fully credited towards the final cost of the service you book with us. We understand that plans can change, and if for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we are more than happy to accommodate your needs. Simply let us know in advance, and we will work with you to find a suitable alternative. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we believe that our booking policy helps to ensure a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved.
We value your time and want to ensure that your appointment runs smoothly and efficiently. To help us achieve this, we kindly request that you arrive to your appointment on time and with the area that's being serviced clean and free from any makeup, oil, lotion, or deodorant. This will ensure that our estheticians can provide you with the best possible service without any hindrances. For wax services specifically, we kindly ask that you exfoliate the area 24-48 hours prior to your appointment to achieve optimal results.
We understand that some treatments may cause discomfort, so to help minimize any potential discomfort, you may choose to take an ibuprofen 30 minutes to an hour before your appointment. However, we kindly ask that you do not book an appointment if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or currently having a herpes outbreak. Your health and well-being, as well as the safety of our staff and other clients, are of utmost importance to us. At The Wax Idol Lounge, we understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected curveballs, causing delays in our busy schedules. That's why we offer a 7-minute grace period for all our valued guests. We want to ensure that you have ample time to arrive and settle in before your scheduled appointment. However, should unforeseen circumstances cause a delay beyond the 7-minute mark, we kindly ask for your understanding as we implement a late fee of $10. This fee helps us to maintain the efficiency of our operations and ensures that the next client's appointment isn't affected. We believe in open communication, so if you anticipate being late or need to cancel your appointment altogether, please reach out to our dedicated team at (980) 358-8651. By doing so, you can avoid being marked as a no-call, no-show (NCNS). We value your time and appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our late policy.
We understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected curveballs, and plans need to be adjusted. That's why we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure fairness for both our clients and our business. We kindly ask that any appointments be canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time. In such cases, we will fully and automatically return the payment to the form used for booking. However, we also recognize that last-minute changes can occur, and if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment, a 50% retainer fee will be forfeited.
